Are these products for human or animal use?
No. Everything is sold for laboratory research only. Not a drug, food, cosmetic, or supplement. Not for human or veterinary use.
Do you publish COAs or HPLC results?
Not yet. Lot testing and how results will appear on-site are still being set up. We will not post placeholder certificates. Check back when that process is ready.
How should compounds be stored?
They ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. Keep them dry, protected from light, and stored according to the vial label in an institutional laboratory. This is handling guidance for research material, not use instructions.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or Zelle — same total, no payment discounts. Bank pay opens a hosted page. Zelle stays on our site: send the exact total with the memo we give you, and we pack after the transfer is confirmed.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders are usually packed in 1–2 business days and handed to a U.S. carrier with tracking. Zelle orders pack after we confirm the transfer. See the Shipping page for free-shipping rules and what happens if a package is lost or damaged.
Is shipping free?
Yes on orders of $200 or more inside the United States. Under $200, shipping is a flat $9.95.
What is your return policy?
Sales are final once an order is packed. If we shipped the wrong item or the package arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will help. We cannot accept returns of opened research material for a change of mind.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. U.S. addresses only.
How do promotions work?
Apply a promo or referral code at checkout. Promo codes are shop-specific and can be created or changed in store admin. A referral code from an account gives the buyer 20% off; after that order is paid, the referrer earns 10% of the paid total as store credit. Promo codes and referral codes do not stack. There is no subscribe-and-save program.
How does the referral code work?
Create a free account. You get a shop-only code and a unique link. A referred buyer gets 20% off. After that order is paid, you receive 10% of the paid total as store credit on this shop. You cannot use your own code. See the Refer a lab page.
