Are these products for human or animal use?
No. Everything is sold for laboratory research only. Not a drug, food, cosmetic, or supplement. Not for human or veterinary use.
Do you publish COAs or HPLC results?
Yes for lots that have a certificate posted. Open the COAs page or the Testing tab on a product. Each file is a third-party ILS Laboratories certificate for the lot shipping now, with a public verify link. Items without a posted certificate are marked Coming soon and are not for sale yet.
How should compounds be stored?
They ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. We do not include storage or use instructions with the vial.
How do I pay?
Checkout shows every payment method this shop accepts right now. The total is the same whichever you choose. Bank payments open a secure hosted page. For Zelle or Venmo, send the exact total with the order # we give you. We'll email you once we receive your payment.
How fast do orders ship?
In-stock orders usually ship in 1–2 business days. We'll email you tracking when your order ships. Zelle and Venmo orders ship after we receive payment. See the Shipping page for free-shipping rules and what happens if a package is lost or damaged.
Is shipping free?
Yes on orders of $200 or more inside the United States. Under $200, shipping is a flat $9.95.
What is your return policy?
Sales are final once an order ships. If we shipped the wrong item or the package arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days and we will help. We cannot accept returns of opened research material for a change of mind. See the Refunds page.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. U.S. addresses only.
How do promotions work?
- First order: buy 1, get the second 50% off. It applies to every pair of the same peptide (two KLOW vials qualify; one KLOW plus one RTA-G3 does not).
- It applies automatically at checkout from the email on the order. No account needed.
- Referral codes take 20% off the item total after other discounts. You earn 10% of what they pay as store credit.
- A promo code doesn't combine with the first-order deal or a referral code. Checkout uses whichever of the promo and the first-order deal saves more, then applies the referral to the item total that's left.
How does the referral code work?
Create a free account with email or Google. You get a unique referral code and link. A referred buyer gets 20% off the item total after other discounts. You earn 10% of what they pay as store credit. See the Referral program page.
