What we collect

If you join alerts or send a contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you type. When you place an order, we also receive the shipping and order details needed to fulfill it. Bank checkout is handled on a hosted page. Zelle instructions stay on this site. We do not collect bank login details here.

How we use it

To answer support mail, send a code or restock note you asked for, and fulfill orders. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your research-supply order to build a medical profile.

Alerts and email

Alert lists are optional. Unsubscribe anytime from a list email, or use the Contact page and ask to be removed.

Cookies and analytics

If analytics or ads IDs are connected on this shop, those tools may set cookies to measure catalog visits, alert signups, and completed research-supply orders. We do not use that data to build a medical profile. You can block cookies in your browser.

Retention

Support messages and order records are kept as long as needed to complete the request, meet tax or shipping records, or resolve a dispute, then deleted or archived with access limited.

Your requests

To see, correct, or delete contact-list data we hold, use the Contact page. We may need to confirm it is you before changing a record.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
