Who operates this site
This website is operated by Ironspire Peptides LLC, doing business as IRONSPIRE.
What we collect
If you send a contact form, we receive the name, email, and message you type. When you place an order, we also receive the shipping and order details needed to ship it. If you continue with Google, Google shares your name and verified email so we can create or open your shop account. Bank checkout is handled on a hosted page. Zelle instructions stay on this site. We do not collect bank login details here.
How we use it
To answer support mail, send a password reset or a restock email you signed up for, and ship orders. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your research-supply order to build a medical profile.
We email order updates, including payment, confirmation, the certificate of analysis for that order, and tracking. Unless you unsubscribe, we also send a short account welcome and a restock note after a paid order. Unsubscribe links are in those notes. You can also use the Contact page and ask to be removed.
Cookies and analytics
If analytics or ads IDs are connected on this website, those tools may set cookies to measure catalog visits and completed research-supply orders. We do not use that data to build a medical profile. You can block cookies in your browser.
Retention
Support messages and order records are kept as long as needed to complete the request, meet tax or shipping records, or resolve a dispute, then deleted or archived with access limited.
Your requests
To see, correct, or delete contact-list data we hold, use the Contact page. We may need to confirm it is you before changing a record.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Updates
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update this page and the date below.
