Sales are final after packing
Once an order is packed, sales are final except as described on this page. Ironspire Peptides LLC, doing business as IRONSPIRE, sells laboratory research material, not consumer goods for personal use.
Wrong item or damaged package
If we shipped the wrong item or the package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Keep the packaging and photos if you have them. After we confirm the issue, we will replace that line or refund it.
What cannot be returned
Opened research material cannot be returned for a change of mind. We do not accept returns because a compound is no longer needed for a project.
How to request help
Use the Contact page. Include the email on the order and the order reference from your confirmation. Ironspire Peptides LLC reviews packing and damage claims.
Store credit
Referral store credit is added after a referred order is paid and is clawed back if that order is refunded.
