Compounds ship as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. No cold chain is required in transit. Keep vials dry, away from light, and follow the storage note on the label once they arrive.

Orders are packed for laboratory research use, handed to a carrier with tracking, and shipped inside the United States. Pay by bank transfer or Zelle — same total. Zelle orders pack after we confirm the transfer.

Processed in 1–2 business days
In-stock orders are typically packed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed late in the day may move the next business day. Timelines are estimates, not a same-day guarantee.

Tracking on every order
When the carrier scans the package, we send the tracking number to the email on the order. Risk of loss passes when the package is delivered to the address you entered at checkout.

Free shipping over $200
Orders of $200 or more ship free inside the U.S. Under $200, shipping is a flat $9.95 at checkout.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally. Some destinations may have extra restrictions; we can refuse or cancel an order if we cannot legally or safely fulfill it.
Address accuracy
Use a deliverable receiving address. We are not responsible for packages sent to an address you entered incorrectly. Address changes after the label is created may not be possible, or may add a carrier fee.
Lost or damaged packages
If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and keep the packaging. We will work the claim with the carrier. Wrong item shipped? Email support and we will sort it out.
